  Germantown Elementary, Annapolis, MDu  Assumed all teacher responsibilities in a Kindergarten and a First Grade classroom.u  Organized, planned and implemented lessons which incorporated aspects of differentiation, interdisciplinary teaching strategies and ongoing informal/formal student assessment. u  Planned instruction for individuals, small/large groups, and adapted lessons for diverse student learning styles. 

        Early Childhood Field Experience

u  The Key School (PreK), Baltimore County (K), Anne Arundel County (First Grade)u  Designed and facilitated a variety of lesson plans incorporating NAEYC and Maryland State Curriculum Standards.u  Led small groups of students in guided reading activities focusing on teaching reading strategies and strengthening comprehension skills.
